Zhu Qingyu: A Palace Scene ~ 《宫中词》 白居易 with English Translations

《宫中词》是唐代诗人朱庆馀创作的宫怨诗。此诗表达宫女幽禁深宫的苦愁思绪，构思独特，新辟蹊径。一般的宫怨诗主人公是一位孤凄的宫女，这首诗却写两位宫女。诗从写景开篇，以景衬情，以热衬冷。百花盛开的阳春，应是热闹非凡，然而宫门却寂寂锁闭。宫女赏春，本是欢欣乐事，然而久已失宠，感怀无限，心中郁闷，极愿互吐，却恐鹦鹉饶舌，竟不敢言。全诗含蓄蕴藉，在极有情趣中留给人们作种种想象去探索宫女们内心隐秘的天地和痛苦。
