To drink by riverside I won’t seek the delight,
But ask you to enjoy my little window bright.
The horn blown at sunset most deeply moves the heart.

Why should I have more busy days than those of leisure?
New sorrow oft comes after old days without pleasure.
Friendless at an inn, I’m afraid from me you’d part.
