《寄令狐郎中》是唐朝诗人李商隐的作品之一，这是诗人闲居洛阳时所作。这首诗以感谢故人关心之名籍以修好，意在不言，诗中有感念旧恩故交之意，却无卑屈趋奉之态；有感慨身世落寞之辞，却无乞援望荐之意；情意虽谈不上浓至深厚，却比较真诚，表现了诗人与友人之间平等而真诚的关系。
