Three years after I left my brother,
I was back at home just the other day.
Luling is our wine tonight,
Only Xiangzhi for my books when I left.
Lucky to have come back in one piece,
For there is no lack in this world of mischief.
Why bother if it’s horse or ox,
Dice away, won or lost.
